Born on February 2, 1952, in Marion, Ohio, to Ralph and Betty V. (Adams) Hazlett, Connie lived her life with passion, joy, and just the right amount of mischief.
To say Connie loved Ohio State would be an understatement. Her Buckeye spirit was unwavering, and she treated every game like a national championship-win or lose (but preferably win). If you ever found yourself watching a game with her, you probably left with a newfound respect for the team and maybe some ringing ears from her enthusiastic cheering.
